By purchasing or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Overview

Press Elevate provides professional press release readiness, distribution preparation, and media visibility support for eligible business news and announcements. Services are designed to help approved stories move through suitable distribution workflows, reporting, and verification steps. Third-party publishers, platforms, search engines, and AI systems independently control publication, pickup, indexing, ranking, citation, display, retention, and timing.

2. Service Packages

Eligible channel categories may include business, finance, local, online, podcast, and social distribution paths after review. Exact outlets, pickups, timing, logo/badge usage, and reporting availability are not guaranteed and remain subject to publisher rules, selected package terms, and owner approval.

  • Typical workflow targets begin only after eligibility, claim review, content approval, and fulfillment checks. Exact publication timing, pickup, and third-party reporting availability are not guaranteed.
  • Core Coverage ($899) and Global Coverage ($1,499) are written-scope packages for eligibility review, claim audit, release preparation, owner approval, distribution workflow support, and reporting. Package scope does not promise pickup, exact outlets, publication timing, indexing, rankings, backlinks, AI references/display/retention, or business outcomes.

3. Content Requirements

To support eligibility review and compliance with applicable publisher/editorial standards, submitted content must meet the following requirements:

  • Newsworthy and factually accurate, presenting verifiable information that holds genuine relevance to a general or industry-specific audience
  • Original or properly licensed, and not previously distributed through competing press release distribution services in a manner that would compromise exclusivity
  • Free from defamatory, harmful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content that may conflict with outlet editorial policies or applicable regulations
  • Compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where distribution is intended, including advertising standards and intellectual property law
  • Written in clear, professional English with appropriate grammar, punctuation, and a tone suitable for editorial publication
  • Free from excessive promotional language, unsubstantiated superlatives, or direct advertising copy that would not meet editorial standards for news content
  • Accompanied by appropriately licensed media assets — such as high-resolution images, logos, or video — where multimedia inclusion is part of your selected package

4. Service Delivery & Timeline

  • Typical workflow target: timing begins after eligibility review, claim audit, content approval, and fulfillment checks; exact publication timing and outlet pickup are not guaranteed
  • The delivery timeline commences only after your submitted content has been reviewed, approved, and confirmed as compliant with our content requirements and outlet guidelines
  • Available reporting links are provided when third-party channels make them available; exact outlet links and pickup are not guaranteed
  • Search-readiness support focuses on clear source-backed copy, metadata hygiene, and reporting. Search rankings, third-party traffic, backlinks, third-party link treatment, publisher metric changes, and business outcomes are controlled by third parties and are not guaranteed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Requirements

  • Payment timing, if applicable, is confirmed only after written scope approval; eligibility review and claim audit may occur before any checkout step.
  • All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD), and clients are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees imposed by their financial institution
  • Payment options, if applicable, are confirmed only after written scope approval and must use verified payment channels.
  • Volume discounts and customised pricing arrangements are available upon request for enterprise clients or organisations requiring recurring or high-volume distribution services

6. Refund Policy

  • Approved materials can be structured for AI-era readability and source clarity. Third-party AI systems independently control crawling, indexing, retrieval, references, rankings, display, model training, and retention; none of those outcomes are promised.
  • Refunds or modifications may be unavailable once owner approval, distribution workflow steps, publication, or third-party processing has begun
  • Refund or modification requests must be submitted in writing and are considered under the approved written scope, Coverage Terms, and stage of fulfillment
  • Approved refunds, if any, follow the payment processor and written approval terms then in effect

7. Service Commitments

What Press Elevate Controls

  • Eligibility review, claim audit, release preparation, owner approval workflow, distribution workflow support, and available reporting under the approved written scope
  • Formatting and submission support aligned with applicable channel rules; publisher acceptance, display, retention, and placement characteristics are not controlled by Press Elevate.
  • Workflow targets begin after eligibility review, claim audit, content approval, and fulfillment checks; exact delivery or publication timing is not promised.
  • Distribution workflow support across eligible channel categories is subject to publisher rules, package scope, and owner approval; exact channels and retention are not promised.
  • Approved materials can be structured for AI-era readability and source clarity. Third-party AI systems independently control crawling, indexing, retrieval, references, rankings, display, model training, and retention; none of those outcomes are promised.
  • Core Coverage ($899) and Global Coverage ($1,499) are written-scope packages for eligibility review, claim audit, release preparation, owner approval, distribution workflow support, and reporting. Not Guaranteed

  • Specific placement positioning or prominence within any given outlet's webpage, category, or content feed
  • The duration of content visibility, as individual outlets retain full editorial discretion over content longevity and archiving policies
  • Search-readiness support focuses on clear source-backed copy, metadata hygiene, and reporting. Search rankings, third-party traffic, backlinks, third-party link treatment, publisher metric changes, and business outcomes are controlled by third parties and are not guaranteed.
  • Social media engagement metrics such as impressions, likes, shares, comments, or follower growth resulting from amplification
  • Specific citation rates, mention frequency, or factual accuracy of references within AI platform-generated responses
  • That embedded links receive any particular link treatment; outlets may apply nofollow, sponsored, redirect, canonical, or other policies at their discretion
  • That result links are independently discovered, crawled, indexed, ranked, retained, or displayed by search engines within any timeframe

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the content you submit to Press Elevate for distribution, including any written copy, images, logos, or multimedia assets provided
  • By submitting content for distribution, you grant Press Elevate a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to format and submit approved materials through eligible workflow channels solely for the purpose of fulfilling your selected service package
  • Press Elevate retains exclusive proprietary rights to its service methodology, distribution network relationships, AI-readability workflow platform, and all associated operational processes and systems
  • Eligible channel categories may include business, finance, local, online, podcast, and social distribution paths after review. Exact outlets, pickups, timing, logo/badge usage, and reporting availability are not guaranteed and remain subject to publisher rules, selected package terms, and owner approval.

9. Service Modifications

  • Press Elevate reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust the scope, composition, and pricing of its service offerings at any time, in response to changes in the broader media landscape, outlet availability, or platform policies
  • Eligible channel categories may be updated periodically to reflect publisher availability and current Coverage Terms.
  • Channel eligibility and availability may change; Press Elevate reports available workflow status without promising publisher metrics, reach, pickup, rankings, or other third-party outcomes.
  • Advance written notice will be provided to affected clients for any significant changes that materially impact an active order or a recently completed placement campaign

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, concern, or dissatisfaction relating to our services or these Terms, Press Elevate is committed to reaching a fair and timely resolution. All disputes will be addressed through the following structured process:

  • Initial direct communication with our support team via email at support@presselevate.com, with a target to acknowledge enquiries within 24 business hours and provide a substantive response as soon as practicable during standard business days
  • A formal written complaint process, available in cases where initial communication does not resolve the matter to the client's satisfaction, allowing for escalation and structured review by our management team with a view to reaching an equitable outcome
